This spacious state-of-the-art facility stands at the heart of City of Hope. Here, more than 135 physicians representing 25 board-certified specialties provide top-level care using the latest technologies.
Patients receive most outpatient treatments for cancer, diabetes and other serious diseases at the Brawerman Center for Ambulatory Care, which is adjacent to Helford Hospital.
Focused exclusively on the health of women, the Cooper-Finkel Women’s Health Center specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of female-related diseases.
City of Hope is one of the largest, hospital-based donor centers of blood, platelets, and donor matching and marrow transplants in the country. With the recent opening of the Michael Amini Transfusion Medicine Center, a green-certified, state-of-the-art facility, we are able to expand our blood collection, analysis, processing and transfusion programs dramatically.
City of Hope's nonprofit medical foundation helps us provide better experiences for our patients and advance our nearly 100-year legacy as a leading center for biomedical research and compassionate patient care. The medical foundation manages and operates the Geri and Richard Brawerman Center for Ambulatory Care and City of Hope's community practices in South Pasadena, Antelope Valley, Glendale, Palm Springs and Santa Clarita. The community practices extend the institution’s reach to more patients by bringing premier clinical care to local communities in Central and Northern Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.
