City of Hope has entered into an agreement with a nearby childcare facility to accommodate more than two dozen children of City of Hope employees and physicians.

Maryvale, a nonprofit organization focusing on care for children and families, has agreed to set aside 28 childcare slots for City of Hope. The organization recently opened an expanded early education facility on Huntington Drive in Duarte, east of City of Hope.

Access to the City of Hope slots will be available to benefits-eligible employees and physicians on a first-come, first-served basis at the prevailing community rate. The organization will set up a waiting list if requests outnumber the available slots.

To find out costs, arrange for a tour or learn more about the facility, contact Mellie Stobart at Maryvale at 626-357-1514. Maryvale will control the selection and waiting list process.
