Problem Solving Group Men and Women Getting the Best out of Each Other

Men and women are different. In stressful situations, such as illness, these differences can grow. When women and men work together however, they make a spectacular problem-solving team.

Sponsored by the Sheri & Les Biller Patient and Family Resource Center, this new group at City of Hope will bring together men and women in an honest and respectful setting to understand their unique contributions and encourage problem-solving skills and teamwork. You are encouraged to bring along the person with whom you would like to build these strengths.

The group will meet on Thursdays, March 27, April 3, 10 and 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Main Medical Building, Y-9 Group Room (near the Clinical Social Work department). Facilitators are Matthew Loscalzo, M.S.W., and Karen Clark, M.S.

Preregistration is required. For more information, call 626-256-4673, ext. 62282. Light refreshments will be served. Please arrive five to 10 minutes early for sign in.
