AARP The Magazine, the journal of the popular and respected advocacy group AARP, recently listed City of Hope among the eight cancer hospitals where doctors “were most likely to send patients with difficult cases.”
In a special report titled “The Right Hospital for You,” AARP and the nonprofit research organization Consumers’ Checkbook surveyed doctors nationwide. City of Hope was the only cancer center in the western United States named a “Doctors’ Fave.”
Meanwhile, trusted watchdog organization Charity Navigator once again listed City of Hope among its “10 of the Best Charities Everyone’s Heard Of.”
As Charity Navigator’s independent research shows, more than 81 cents of every dollar you give goes directly to support City of Hope’s lifesaving mission. That ratio is one of the best there is for medical charities. That’s why City of Hope earned Charity Navigator’s four-star ranking.
City of Hope: one of America’s best cancer hospitals, a world leader in cancer research, and setting the standard for the responsible use of your gifts. Thank you for your generous partnership.
