 Laboratory Overview

Genes are important for controlling human longevity, but some of those important genes are also shared for cancer development. The goals of my lab are to decipher roles and functions of these genes and determine their differential contribution to cancer and longevity, and through which, we aim to develop approaches to promote healthy aging and reduce cancer risk.
