City of Hope’s Department of Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism provides the following clinical conferences, held regularly:
Weekly clinical conferences for physicians and staff education
(Held Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00 p.m. in Needleman Conference Room 2.)
Presents updates clinical topics in diabetes and endocrinology. Attendees include faculty from various disciplines within the medical center and outside practicing physicians.
Monthly thyroid cancer and endocrine tumor multidisciplinary conference
(Held on the last Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Brawerman Outpatient Clinic 2nd floor conference room.)
Attended by medical center faculty from the Divisions of surgery, pathology, radiology and endocrinology to discuss advanced patient care issues and management of complicated cases. |
