 Attendance Policies

Registration Confirmation
A confirmation will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of the registration form and payment. If you have not received it within two weeks, please contact Julie Sprein at jsprein@coh.org or
626-930-5412.

Cancellation and Refunds
The course tuition is refundable, minus a $100 processing fee, if written cancellation is received by Friday, January 14, 2011. Refunds will not be given to “no shows”. City of Hope, Department of Clinical Practice and Education reserves the right to modify this program as necessary.
