 Clinical Research Training Office

The Clinical Research Training Office (CRTO) provides comprehensive training in clinical research and Human Subjects Research Certification.  Didactic instruction and mentoring in fundamental skills, methodology, good clinical practice, and theory of clinical research all combine to develop a well-trained, independent, clinical investigator.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between the basic scientist and clinician, to streamline the development of novel therapeutics, and facilitate their application in clinical trials.  City of Hope’s dual strengths in breakthrough biomedical research and compassionate patient care form the basis for our comprehensive approach, educating students, residents, fellows, and faculty in practical applications of scientific knowledge, for the treatment of patients everywhere.
