Health & Medical Benefits
One size does not fit all for health and medical benefits. Instead of offering coverage you may not want or may already have, City of Hope's Pathways Flexible Benefits Program allows you to choose the specific coverage options you need. All benefit-eligible employees are allotted flex dollars to spend on benefits.
Employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for the following flex dollars benefits at a minimal cost:
- Medical (including prescriptions)
- Dental
- Vision
- Life insurance
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment
- Disability insurance
- Flexible spending accounts
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO benefits are available to City of Hope employees based on a full-time equivalency:
- Holidays (six days per year)
- Vacations (full-time employees receive a minimum of two to four weeks per year.)

- Sick time (ten days per year)
