Administrative Professionals

Information Technology

Our skilled IT professionals forge a technical infrastructure that enables us redefine the future of modern medicine. IT staff members are implementing and managing a variety of technologies and systems, including a new clinical information system, a collaborative chat program and data warehousing. The staff is constantly challenged to grow, increasing its expertise across administrative, clinical and laboratory systems. 

 

Finance and Accounting

City of Hope’s financial team serves as responsible, committed stewards of our organization’s resources. The team ensures that highly valued donor and governmental funds are directed to the key projects and infrastructure they are meant to support. Areas within the group include audit, general ledger, decision support and analytical research, grants accounting and capital projects administration.

 

Fundraising and Marketing

Our Development and External Affairs group communicates City of Hope’s mission to a wide audience of philanthropists, prospective patients and community partners. Staff members get the word out about new treatments and services at the medical center, as well as opportunities to support important science. The group communicates with government and community agencies, plans national and local events and reaches out to donors and foundations for major gifts.
