If you are not currently contracted for Professional/Physician services with City of Hope Medical Foundation, and you either wish to establish a Letter of Agreement for your Member, or you wish to explore the possibility of a contract or agreement, please contact the City of Hope Medical Foundation at 626-775-3200.

City of Hope National Medical Center and the City of Hope Medical Foundation are distinct, separate entities and the two do not share common ownership interests. City of Hope National Medical Center is a California, non-profit public benefit corporation. The City of Hope Medical Foundation employs physicians who treat patients at the Medical Center.  As separate entities, City of Hope National Medical Center contracts for Hospital/Technical services only. City of Hope Medical Foundation contracts for Professional services only.
