Health and Medical Benefits
City of Hope’s Pathways Flexible Benefits Program allows you to choose the specific coverage options you need. All benefit-eligible employees are allotted flex dollars to spend on benefits.

Employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for the following flex dollars benefits at a minimal cost:

  • Medical (including prescriptions)
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Life insurance
  • Accidental death and dismemberment
  • Disability insurance
  • Flexible spending accounts

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO benefits are available to City of Hope employees based on their full-time equivalency:

  • Holidays (six days per year)
  • Vacations (full-time employees receive two to four weeks per year)
  • Personal time (three days per year)
  • Sick time (10 days per year)

Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement is available to all benefit-eligible employees to encourage personal and professional development.

Employee Assistance Program
The "Work 'n Life Matters" program is a resource for City of Hope employees and their immediate family members to find professional, sensitive and confidential assistance by phone or in person for personal concerns.
