City of Hope’s Pathways Flexible Benefits Program allows you to choose the specific coverage options you need. All benefit-eligible employees are allotted flex dollars to spend on benefits.
Employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for the following flex dollars benefits at a minimal cost:

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO benefits are available to City of Hope employees based on their full-time equivalency:
- Holidays (six days per year)
- Vacations (full-time employees receive two to four weeks per year)
- Personal time (three days per year)
- Sick time (10 days per year)

The "Work 'n Life Matters" program is a resource for City of Hope employees and their immediate family members to find professional, sensitive and confidential assistance by phone or in person for personal concerns.
