 Kevin Koga

Vice President, Communications

Kevin Koga is vice president of communications at City of Hope. He provides oversight of the organization's media relations, publications and Web marketing programs. Over his tenure at City of Hope, he has worked in nearly every area of the Communications Department.

Prior to joining City of Hope, Koga worked in public relations for University of Southern California Health Sciences, Kaiser Permanente Southern California and The Parsons Corporation.

Koga is immediate past chair of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Public Affairs and Marketing Network, which works closely with the NCI to further public awareness of cancer research, prevention, detection and treatment, and is a member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Marketing Committee. He is the recipient of numerous public relations, marketing and communications industry awards.

Koga holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a master's degree from The London School of Economics, University of London.
