Health specialists discuss the latest news in stem cell research and funding at the recent Association of Health Care Journalists conference. Michael A. Nearly 400 journalists from the United States and around the world attended the four-day conference in Universal City, Calif., in mid-March to hear from experts in the field. As one of the sponsors of this year’s conference, City of Hope played host to nearly 25 journalists who toured the Medical Center. Numerous faculty members participated in various health-care panels as well.
