In this issue:

main1001 It keeps going … and going …
Right, Rebecca Payetta, a patient in City of Hope Helford Clinical Research Hospital, laughs behind her mask and grooves to the drumbeat of the Energizer Bunny.

Left, the super-sized pink mascot visits with City of Hope patient Daniel Zhao and his mother.

The Energizer Bunny, the “spokes hare” for Energizer batteries, visited the pediatrics floor at Helford Hospital on Sept. 20 through the efforts of Perry E. Morton of Energizer and Jess Beim of Avery Dennison, both part of the National Office Products Industry, and the industry group’s liaison, Matt Dodd. The mascot treated children to its patented perpetual pounding drum and provided them with bunny toys, T-shirts, stickers and hats as well. (Photo by:  Paula Myers)
