Where can people listen to world-class jazz and enjoy delicious food and wine, while giving to a great cause? The Sierra Madre Wine & Jazz Walk.

Scheduled for Oct. 27 from 4 to 7 p.m., the event combines fun with fundraising, and all proceeds from the event benefit City of Hope. Attendees can stroll through downtown Sierra Madre tasting wines and enjoying food from local restaurants as they visit shops, or stop along the route to listen to one of eight top jazz bands.

When guests arrive, signs will direct them to one of three registration areas. Each attendee will receive a wine glass, wine-tasting tickets, 20 raffle tickets and a commemorative canvas bag. Guests are advised to arrive early to visit all the shops and taste all the wines.

As a special offer for City of Hope employees, discounted tickets are available through purchasing for $25 each. Tickets regularly cost $30 if purchased prior to the event; ticket price at the door is $35. For more information, call 626-355-0024.
