City of Hope medical staff members recently were honored at the Physician Recognition Reception. Held on Oct. 18 at the Visitor Center, the inaugural event highlighted physicians marking anniversaries at City of Hope. Physicians received pins and certificates of thanks for “dedication to innovative scientific research and state-of-the-art patient care.” Chief Medical Officer Alexandra Levine, M.D., organized and led the event with Michael A. Friedman, M.D., president and chief executive officer, and City of Hope Board Chair Terry R. Peets.
