A Light of Hope Foundation, based in Santa Monica, Calif., passed out stuffed bears and carnations to cheer and support patients for Valentine’s Day. The foundation focuses on the psychological wellbeing of cancer patients currently in treatment. Popular floral brand Conroy’s, based in Burbank, Calif., provided flowers and teddy bears.
Jazz vocalist James Tormé, son of music legend Mel Tormé and grandson of Bill and Betty Tormé (longtime City of Hope supporters) was on hand to greet patients and guests at the event.
