main0324 Strength in numbers
Social workers focus on the strengths of individuals, families and communities as they help people overcome their problems and challenges - so it only makes sense that the theme for 2008's National Professional Social Work Month is "Building on Strengths".

City of Hope clinical social workers recently shared their stories and details about their profession with others at the Duarte, Calif., campus.  They include, back row from left,  Jessica Carmona, tana Burns, Carol Kim, and Rupinder Sidhu, front row from left, Sandra Rizo and Ann Chae.
