City of Hope’s 32nd annual “Celebration of Life” transplant reunion was covered by KABCTV, KTLA-TV and KCOP-TV on April 25 and the Los Angeles Daily News, Pasadena Star-News, San Gabriel Valley Tribune and Whittier Daily News and Dodgers.com on April 26, as well as the Star-Weekly on May 1.

An April 25 HealthDay article that appeared in numerous outlets, including WashingtonPost.com and MSN.com, included commentary from Vijay Trisal, M.D., about recent findings suggesting former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt may have had melanoma.

On May 1, New York’s WNYW-TV (Fox) aired a segment about a fashion show at the
Waldorf=Astoria hotel benefiting City of Hope.

City of Hope was included in Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of the region’s largest hospitals, which was published on April 28.

KCAL-TV aired a segment on April 24 about a City of Hope and Los Angeles Police
Department blood drive at Griffith Park in honor of veteran officers.
