Bridge to a cure
Walk for Hope participants cross the Ben Franklin Bridge, which connects New Jersey to Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Walk, held Sept. 28, raised more than $85,000 for breast cancer treatment, education and research.
The Walk, which was the fourth held in the Philadelphia metro area, began at Campbell’s Field in Camden, N.J., under rainy skies — but that did not stop 1,300 participants from showing their support for the fight against breast cancer. (Photo courtesy of KNS Images)
