 Intranet input wanted

Employees are invited to participate in an online survey that will help guide development and redesign of City of Hope’s intranet. The intranet, accessed at www.coh.org, is meant to provide employees with useful information and tools in a convenient location. Communications Department and Information Technology Services Department staff members are revamping the intranet, but they need feedback to make sure they meet employees’ needs.

An e-mail recently went out to staff members describing the brief online survey, and the survey is also available at www.coh.org/OnlineIntranetSurvey. The survey queries staff about how they use the intranet and which changes they would like to see in design and content.

Survey results and findings from employee focus groups will be used to set the direction and possible content for the new site.

Employees must complete the survey by the end of the day on Nov. 14. Responses are anonymous and confidential. Anyone with questions about the survey may contact web marketing at webmarketing@coh.org or ext. 68733.
