With its academic mission in mind, City of Hope has unveiled a new institutional seal.

This recently developed seal communicates the science and compassion that make City of Hope unique. The burning torch in the seal is an element from the Golter Gate, which was designed in the 1950s. The rays around the torch express City of Hope’s bright future. The seal will be used on diplomas, certificates, documents and publications that serve as official documents of the institution.

Because the seal must be used selectively to represent City of Hope, those who want to use the artwork must contact Creative Services, ext. 62447, or Vicky Hoffman, ext. 65468 or vhoffman@coh.org, to obtain it. Guidelines for proper usage may be found on the intranet at www.coh.org/brand.
