Sheri & Les Biller Patient and Family Resource Center resource navigator Jeanne Lawrence, center, tells Michael and Elizabeth Britt about wireless computer access at the center. The Britts are parents of a City of Hope hematopoietic cell transplant patient.

The Biller Patient and Family Resource Center recently set up a wireless network in its space so that patients and their family members and friends could use laptops and other devices there. The center, located behind the medical center’s information desk, also has four computer workstations where users can search online for educational information. (Photo by Alicia Di Rado)
