City of Hope faculty, staff and their family members and friends can watch the Los Angeles Dodgers live during the upcoming baseball season at a discount — and take a swing against cancer at the same time.
The Dodgers are offering discounted tickets in all sections for supporters of ThinkCure, the Dodgers’ official charity, which supports cancer research at City of Hope and Childrens Hospital Los Angeles. For each of these tickets purchased, the Dodgers will make a donation to ThinkCure.
Discounts for fans are substantial: For example, reserved-level tickets that usually cost $17 are available through the discount offer for $11. The offer is good for tickets throughout the 2009 baseball season.
