Walk for Hope organizers are offering a trendy, shiny incentive to sign up early for this year’s Los Angeles event: a “Tied to Hope” awareness bracelet.

Anyone who registers for Walk for Hope Nationally Presented by Staples in Los Angeles before July 4 will receive the bracelet in the mail, along with fundraising tips. Walk for Hope raises funds to support the new Women’s Cancers Program, which encompasses efforts to fight breast cancer and gynecologic cancers such as ovarian, cervical and endometrial tumors.

The keepsake bracelet offer also is open to City of Hope staff members. This year employee participants will walk as part of City of Hope’s new employee initiative, The Home Team.

For more information on the “Tied to Hope” awareness bracelet or Walk for Hope, please call 213-241-7322 or e-mail walk4hope@coh.org.
