Got opinions? Share them through survey

Employees still have a few more days to complete City of Hope’s organizational survey. The survey closes Sept. 3.

Every staff member received a unique link to the survey through e-mail from “QMR - City of Hope Survey” on Aug. 23. External firm QMR is running the survey and will provide overall results to City of Hope, ensuring employees’ confidentiality and anonymity.

Survey questions are meant to follow up on progress made after a 2008 survey and illuminate any new, emerging issues among staff. Results from the previous survey prompted new initiatives in patient safety and rewards and recognition of staff, as well as expanded work space for employees.

For more information on the upcoming follow-up survey, visit www.coh.org/survey.
