More than 2,400 City of Hope staff and faculty participated in a recent organizational survey, the largest-ever response to the institution’s ongoing employee feedback initiative.
The high completion rate — 61 percent of employees — makes results more useful as administrators use data to create or refine improvement programs.
“I would like to thank everyone who participated,” said Michael A. Friedman, M.D., president and chief executive officer. “After the results are tallied, we’ll report back to employees with the findings, which we will use in our efforts to make City of Hope an even more rewarding workplace.”
City of Hope leaders plan to release results of the survey in coming months after the data analysis is complete.
