Tickets are now on sale for City of Hope’s annual employee picnic on Oct. 16.

Themed “City Fair,” the picnic will offer attendees the chance to enjoy midway-style carnival games, take a turn on a mechanical bull, compete in a chili cook-off and try their luck at bingo, among many other activities. The fair includes lunch and an assortment of carnival treats, and employees are encouraged to bring their families.

Advance tickets may be purchased for $3 in the mailroom at the Duarte campus and in the 12th floor mail area at the Development Center in Los Angeles. Advance purchase deadline is Oct. 13. Employees also may purchase tickets at the event for $5.

The employee picnic takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 16 in Pioneer Park.  (Photo by Thomas Brown)
