Proceeds from Grammy Award-winning singer and actress Olivia Newton-John’s new song will benefit City of Hope through the end of December. For each download of the song “Help Me Heal,” 50 cents will be donated to both the City of Hope Women’s Cancers Program and the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre in Melbourne, Australia.
The song is available for download at www.greenhillmusic.com.
The effort is the latest of City of Hope’s partnerships with Newton-John, who describes herself as a breast cancer “thriver.” She was one of several celebrities featured through Sharpie’s recent “Ink It Pink” drive, in which the marker company donated $1 to City of Hope for every pink autograph uploaded to its website. She also helped organize a team for City of Hope’s latest Walk for Hope.
