City of Hope hosted Rep. Chu’s second annual Artistic Discovery luncheon on May 7 in Cooper Auditorium, which featured art from high school students in Chu’s congressional district as well as performances by local singers and dancers. Artistic Discovery includes a contest, and artwork from the winner graces the halls of Congress for one year following the competition.

Tornatore chaired this year’s event, and Padilla volunteered as emcee at the luncheon. (Photo by AmyCantrell.com)
