Music and entertainment producer David Forman has created a series of celebrity public service announcements (PSAs) that encourage moviegoers nationwide to support City of Hope.
Through a partnership with DMI Music and Yes Dear Entertainment, Forman’s audio PSAs are played in theater chains such as AMC, Edwards, Regal, Cinemark and Laemmle. Participating artists lending their voices include The Doobie Bros., Collective Soul, Sheryl Crow, Joe Jonas, Larry King, Kiefer Sutherland, Smokey Robinson, Lou Gossett Jr. and James Taylor.
“Cancer attacks young and old alike. I lost my mother to cancer, and I barely know anyone who has not been touched by someone in their lives who was taken way too soon,” said Forman, a committee member of City of Hope’s Music and Entertainment Industry group.
