Walkers and runners will meet at Dodger Stadium on March 19 for the 5K and March 20 for the marathon.

ThinkCure, the official charity of the Los Angeles Dodgers, funds innovative, collaborative research at City of Hope and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. It is one of the lead charities for the Honda LA Marathon.

Employees and students who register for City of Hope’s ThinkCure team and raise funds will receive a City of Hope running cap. All members of the team will receive a ThinkCure T-shirt and have access to a special Dodger Stadium suite scheduled for race day. In addition, team members are eligible for a variety of promotions and fundraising incentives, including a VIP batting practice experience at Dodger Stadium.

Anyone can join the City of Hope team online by visiting www.crowdrise.com/HopeThinkCure and following instructions on the site. Then, they may sign up for either the 5K race (3.1 miles) or the marathon (26.2 miles) at www.lamarathon.com.
