In a few weeks, City of Hope will end our fiscal year. I must thank you for the generosity you and so many other friends of City of Hope showed in taking advantage of the matching grant provided by the Post-it® brand of 3M that I announced earlier this summer.

Your kind gifts, matched up to $100,000 by 3M, are deeply appreciated as we prepare to close our books on another fiscal year.

Of course, the real importance of your gifts is not in what it means for our bookkeeping, but what it means in the lives of men, women and children fighting cancer at City of Hope. Your giving tells them they are not alone ... that you are thinking of them, doing all you can to help.

In the weeks ahead, will you send that message again by giving another gift? You will support science, advance patient care, and most of all, bring hope and healing to individuals and families facing cancer at City of Hope.
