Specify how far to search for matching peaks.

Amount of new peaks to pick
Specify how much peaks to pick in the new peaklist relative to the number of peaks in the previous peaklist. For example, if there are 100 peaks in the reference list, 110% means 110 peaks.

Consider datasets...
Specifies what to do when there is more than one test dataset entered.

• Separately Does the calculations assuming that all test datasets are independent of each other. Useful for drug screening.
• Sequentially Assumes that the test dataset are arranged in a sequence so that peaks change gradually from one dataset to the next. Useful for the fast exchange case. 

Sequentially without multiple spectra analysis
Does not consider the set of datasets as a whole when doing calculations. Only considers consecutive pairs of datasets and peaklists.
