No Test Dataset Specified/No Reference Peaklist Specified

Problem: There is an error window that pops up and says, “no test dataset specified” or “no reference peaklist specified” when the peak list and datasets are clearly selected.

Solution: Try selecting the dataset or peaklist again. Sometimes the selected dataset isn't recognized as something that is selected.

Axis Names Do Not Match

Problem: An error window pops up and says, “axis names do not match.”

Try checking the axis names of your datasets and reference peaklist.

For the reference peaklist, from the main menu, click on the "Assign" menu, select the "Peaks" choice, click on the "List.." button, and select your reference peaklist's name. Then click on the "Edit" button, choose "Reference", and then look at the axis names on the top line (indicated by "label").

For each dataset, from the main menu, click on the "dataset" menu, select "Manage Datasets", pick your dataset, click on the "Reference" button in the bottom, and then look at the the axis names on the top line (indicated by "label").
