Requests for materials and reagents should be made directly to the Sylvia R. and Isador A. Deutch Center for Applied Technology Development office at City of Hope. To obtain a material transfer agreement (MTA), please prepare a letter stating the following:

1. Name of material requested
2. Non-profit status of your institution
3. Material will be used for non-commercial research purposes
4. Purpose of the study
5. Contact person to receive the MTA

The letter should be addressed to:
