Behrouz Salehian, M.D. joined the City of Hope's Department of Diabetes in 2007 from the Department of Medicine at Charles R. Drew University. His research and clinical interests include Glucocortocoid Myopathy, Thyroid cancer, metabolism and nutrition in patients with critical illnesses and cancer cachexia. He is board certified by the American Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, American Board of Internal Medicine and the Iranian Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Salehian also received an NIH Fellowship Training Award for Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and male reproductive endocrinology at Harbor-UCLA in 1994. |
