 Call for Posters

You are invited to submit an abstract for presentation at the POSTER SESSION.

This call for posters is directed toward physicians and researchers working in any discipline employed in the multidisciplinary treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms.

Poster/Abstract submission deadline is Monday, January 11, 2010. Please submit via e-mail to jkagan@coh.org.

Poster/Abstract submissions should include:

  • Title
  • Name and institution information
  • Contact information
  • Poster/Abstract Co-authors
  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

The total word count of the Introduction/Methods/Results/Conclusion should not exceed 350 words.

There will be a $500 award for the best poster and $250 awards for second and third place. Presenters will be notified of acceptance via email no later than Friday, January 22, 2010 with guidelines for final poster submission procedures.
