Early hotel reservation is suggested. When you make your reservations, be sure to mention that you are attending the City of Hope Fourth Annual How the Experts Treat Hematologic Malignancies conference so that you are assured of receiving the special conference room rate. Promotional room rates will be honored three days before the conference starts and three days after the conference ends.

Each individual is required to provide a credit card and one night’s room and tax deposit. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made.

Individual reservations must be received no later than August 29, 2011. After this date available rooms will be sold at general rates.
