***Industry is defined by City of Hope as any person employed by a for-profit orgnization, including biotech, financial, and pharmaceutical.
Industry registrations cannot be processed online. To register attendance at a meeting, please call the office of Continuing Medical Education at 626-256-4673 x65622.
Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked no later than August 12, 2011. Refund requests postmarked on or before August 12, 2011, will receive a registration refund LESS a $50 processing fee. Requests postmarked after August 12, 2011, will not be honored. All refunds will be processed 30 days after the meeting concludes. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances that lead to the cancellation by the conferences organizers, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
