You may request a free official transcript via email to the Registrar or visit the Registrar's Office between 9 a.m. - noon, Monday - Friday. Please allow at least four (4) business days for transcript delivery. The following information is required when requesting transcript(s):

  • Complete the Official Transcript Request form, sign and date
  • Indicate whether official or unofficial transcript(s)
  • Indicate whether transcript(s) will be picked-up or mailed to a third party - an institution, business or agency
  • If transcript(s) will be mailed to the third party, please provide its complete mailing address.
