32 Years of Support - $130 Million Raised
In 1983, a group of corporate leaders dedicated to supporting City of Hope and its mission to find the cures for cancer and other life-threatening diseases banded together to form the National Office Products Council. In 2014, the council was renamed to the National Business Products Council to reflect the addition of growing sectors in the areas of technology, break room, janitorial/sanitation and industrial within the office products industry.
Since its founding, the annual business products industry fundraising campaign has raised $130 million through its annual support efforts that include employee giving drives, company hosted golf outings, events, product sales and customer promotions. More than 200 business products companies from every segment of the industry - retailers, independent dealers, wholesalers, buying groups, manufacturers and sales reps – unite to support the campaign each and every year.
