 Hope Starts With Us

City of Hope marks its 100th anniversary in 2013.

Building Hope logoThe National Office Products Industry has found a lasting way to observe this milestone and commemorate the industry’s longtime support.

Over the next three years, the industry will join together to raise $1 million in personal giving. These donations will create an endowment for leading-edge diabetes investigations at City of Hope. Distinguished scientist Rama Natarajan, Ph.D., will be the inaugural National Office Products Industry Professor in Diabetes Research. She leads studies into diabetes and its complications that may help defeat the disease.

Best known as one of the nation’s top cancer centers, City of Hope also has established a distinguished legacy of advances in diabetes research. Breakthroughs at City of Hope have touched the lives of millions of diabetes patients around the world. Today, City of Hope researchers continue this tradition, making strides against diabetes and its devastating complications.

This personal giving program is a chance for the National Office Products Industry to build upon its own lifesaving legacy. When you donate through Legions of Hope or Friends for Hope, your gift keeps on giving in perpetuity — fueling future research to defeat diabetes.

Almost 26 million Americans suffer from diabetes. City of Hope strives to help these men, women and children live longer, better lives.

Through your personal support, Hope Starts With Us.
