The Ambassador of Hope Award Honoree is chosen by the Women’s Council of San Diego County and is presented at the annual Wine and Food Festival. The award is given to a leader of the San Diego community who has brought inspiration and been an example for others in the fight against cancer, diabetes and or HIV/AIDS.
As a San Diego native of twenty-seven years, Eileen Soukbandith began her journey with the San Diego Women’s Council for City of Hope by being a Cancer Survivor herself.
