The Style Network
The Style Network continues to take action in the fight against breast cancer with a year-round initiative, “Fight with Style.” Style has produced a special PSA that supports City of Hope and promotes early detection, including directions and demonstrations for performing breast self-exams, which can be seen at mystyle.com. The website features special content such as a video with Dr. Laura L. Kruper, M.D., assistant professor and surgeon, general oncologic surgery at City of Hope that offers step-by-step instructions for breast self-exams. As part of the “Fight With Style” campaign, Jennifer Fisher Jewelry has created custom-designed gold and silver necklaces available for purchase at jenniferfisherjewelry.com through August 2010. Fifty dollars from the sale of the gold and ten dollars from the sale of the silver necklace will be donated to City of Hope. The Style Network is promoting the Jennifer Fisher Jewelry initiative on-air, online and in a special “Fight with Style” PSA featuring celebrities wearing the jewelry in further support the cause. |

Post-it Super Sticky Notes
3M has continued its successful Post-it Super Sticky Notes imprinted with a pink ribbon yield donations of 50¢ from every specially-marked three-pack and 20¢ from every specially marked single-pack to support breast cancer research, treatment and education at City of Hope. Since its inception in 2004, this program has raised nearly $1 million.

Disney Music Group/Buena Vista Concerts
Miley Cyrus, Disney’s multiplatinum singer and star of “Hannah Montana” is supporting City of Hope for another year with her 2009 concert series hosted by AEG Live. $1 for every ticket sold from her national concert series will be donated to City of Hope for pediatric research, treatment and education. Miley will also headline City of Hope’s benefit concert, Concert for Hope, this October 25th at the Gibson Amphitheater.

Sanford Office Products’ Pink@Work Initiative
Sanford Office Product brands have committed to combat breast cancer with the goal of collectively donating a minimum of $720,000 in 2009-2010 for breast cancer research, treatment and education at City of Hope through a round-up of the following specially-marked pink ribbon themed programs collectively called “Pink@Work.”

Sharpie is donating 10¢ for every purchase of specially-labeled pink highlighters and permanent markers.

Mushroom Council
This fall, the Mushroom Council is thinking “pink” and donating $50,000 to City of Hope’s research on mushrooms and breast cancer. From mid-September to mid-November, special pink mushroom packs will be available in retailers nationwide. |

Mirabella
Mirabella Beauty will donate $1 per pink lipstick sold for breast cancer research, treatment and education. Mirabella kicked off the promotion in June and will continue the promotion through the end of October. |

Quill
Quill will donate $.30 and $.50 per packet for their labels and note pads, as well as $5 per special coupon redeemed, up to $100,000. In addition to that, Quill and HP will collectively make a flat $100,000 donation. Quill’s support efforts will be active until December 31, 2009. |

TIGI
TIGI line S-Factor is designating $2.00 from high-end hair conditioner to benefit COH from orders shipped to their distributors, with an estimated $50k donation. |

Sutter Home Wines
Since 2007, Sutter Home Winery has featured a program called Capsules for Hope, in which consumers mail in specially- marked tops of Sutter Home wines. For every seal received, Sutter Home donates $1 to City of Hope.
Additionally, Sutter Home and the Angels of Anaheim have dedicated a game for the past 3 years to the fight against breast cancer by inviting and honoring survivors during pre-game festivities on the baseball field. Fans are encouraged to support City of Hope by participating in the Capsules for Hope program. To date, the program aims to raise $100,000 for the year.

Mead Westvaco
Notebook, calendar, planner and stationery brand Mead joined the fight against breast cancer in 2008 by donating at least $50,000 and providing breast cancer awareness information on select specially marked notebook and planner items during Mother’s Day and similar awareness promotions that will continue throughout the year.

Kenra
For the second year in a row, Kenra made a one-time flat $25,000 donation related to the sale of their specially-marked hairspray during September and October 2009 to support breast cancer awareness. |

General Mills
In 2008, General Mills made a $10,000 donation that was messaged on customized Pink Ribbon 2-packs of participating cereal brands available at Northern California retailer FoodMaxx, which is occurring again October 2009. |

Avery Dennison
Through the end of 2009, Avery is making a $50,000 flat contribution to breast cancer by producing and selling special ribbon-themed binders through office product retailers nationwide. In addition, Avery will also donate a flat $10,000 donation for specially-marked labels sold from August 2009 through December 2009. |

Lather
Skin and body care company LATHER and One Life to Live star Andrea Evans have teamed to create the “Soap for Hope” collection. Through September 2010, LATHER will donate $5 from the sale of each Sandalwood Rose Soap and $12 from the sale of each “Soap for Hope” Gift Set to City of Hope to support breast cancer research, treatment and education.

In October 2008, Living Spaces Furniture donated $50 with the purchase of every premium mattress set totaling $1000 or more and $25 with the purchase of every mattress set totaling $700-$999 to support breast cancer research, treatment and education programs at City of Hope. |

AOPD
Since 2007, AOPD has run a 24-page flyer offering various office products for sale and 25% of all items sold this year from the flyer will be donated to City of Hope. This year AOPD will continue the program, kicking off this December and continuing through the spring. |

Zebra
Kicking off in October 2008, Zebra inaugurated their first “Care for a Cure” pen promotion. The launch promotion featured a pink pen with double barrel ink in red and black and a removable and wearable pink ribbon in support of City of Hope’s breast cancer research, treatment, and education efforts. During the promotion, 25¢ from the sale of each pen was donated to City of Hope. Zebra donated $25,000 for the promotion. |
