• To use the secure email service, please go to https://smail.coh.org/ and register if you are a first time user or logon with your email address and password if you are a returning user.
• To send us a secure email, click the "Compose" button, enter our email address ( mdl@coh.org ) in the "TO:" box, enter your message, attach files, and click the "Send" button. You may attach files up to a maximum total size of 20 MB per email. When we send you a secure email, you will receive a notification in your regular email. The notification will provide a button or link for viewing the secure email.
