 Certification

The laboratory is certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvements Amendments of 1988 (CLIA ’88, ID No. 05D0665695) and is licensed by the State of California (CLF 268).

The laboratory operates under the clinical license to Lawrence Weiss, M.D., Director of Pathology Laboratories. The laboratory participates in the CAP Molecular Genetics Survey and has a regular program for blinded sample exchange. Click here to view our license.
