  • Members of the health-care team, such as physicians and nurses, learn about results of patients’ screening to ensure that they understand and respond to patient’s physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.
  • All members of the Biller Patient and Family Resource Center team collaborate closely and are committed to creating the world’s gold standard in supportive care programs.
  • Staff members test and evaluate all programs to continually improve them, and they share their findings with other health professionals to influence cancer care nationwide.
