The Positive Image Center provides a warm and nurturing setting, in which specially trained image consultants work with patients to address their individual needs. A variety of services are provided for patients of all ages, including one-on-one training on how to enhance their appearance and minimize the cosmetic side effects of illness or medical treatment.
At the Positive Image Center, we believe treatment is not only about healing the body, but about providing resources that strengthen a patient's spirit as well. In fact, Samuel Golter, one of City of Hope's earliest executive directors, said, "There is no profit in curing the body if in the process we destroy the soul."
